REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Creators.aimattitude.com is a platform that allows vendors/sellers to list their products for sale to buyer. We are a third platform and we also act as an escrow between buyer and sellers by holding all payments made to the seller until the product you order for is received and confirmed by you. An authorization/tracking number will be provided to you at the time of purchase, this will enable us as a third party regulating the platform and also the seller to monitor the package and refund you if necessary.

At AIM ATTITUDE INC, your maximum satisfaction is our priority and ultimate goal and that is why we have provided this policy to cater for any challenge that you may have with any of the products purchased from our sellers/vendors.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, kindly contact the seller that you purchased the product or design from, if the problem is still unresolved after 48 hours, kindly get in touch with our customer support and we will look into the matter for you immediately. Kindly take time to read this refund/return policy.

 

Returns

Our policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your order was received, depending on the seller, your item may not be acceptable for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We will accept returns for items that meet the return criteria set forth below for 15 days from the date of purchase. Exceptions are stated below. The shop/seller may deny any return or exchange if it fails to meet their return criteria stated below.

 

Conditions for Return

Generally, designers/sellers do not have a duty to make a refund or accept a return of an item except it is expressly set forth in the seller’s sale’s policies.  Shipping to multiple addresses is not allowed. In other words, if you desire to purchase an item for yourself and another one to be shipped to a family member or relative, you can only do that by booking the order individually and separately.

We will accept an item for return to the seller if the design/material is as described. However, buyer shall be responsible for the expenses incurred in returning the product. In the event the product has some defects and it is not as described in the image, seller shall bear full cost of returning the item.

Upon the expiration of 15 days, sellers shall be obliged to comply with the terms of return as stated in their own return policy. If the order is cancelled before it is dispatched and shipped, seller shall in addition to the sum paid for the item refund the shipping fees paid by the buyer. The shop shall be entitled to also refund the amount paid for shipping in addition to the product fees in the event of any of the following circumstances:

  1. A defective product.
  2. The product ordered is totally different from the one delivered.
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
  1. Items or Products that have been used altered or that show wear or damage.
  2. If the products are customized and the measurements are not confirmed before it was shipped to the designated location.
  3. Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or there is a part that is missing which is not caused by the seller.

To qualify, all returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase, the original creator’s packaging and the original documentation. Refunds will be made in the same method as payment unless you select to exchange the item or get a store credit in the amount of the refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, the seller will send you an email to notify you that your item has been received. We will also notify you if your request for refund is approved or not.

 

How to make Returns

When returning a product, please send an email to the seller so that you can be given a return merchandise authorization number. After receiving the return merchandise authorization number, place them safely in the original packaging and include your proof of purchase, the return form, and other document and send an email to:
